ASQ-33 months age range: 31 months 16 days through 34 months 15 days.

ASQ-3 is a standardized developmental screening questionnaire which easily identifies if children are falling behind on developmental milestones, and in which areas.  All children who are suspected of developmental delays should be screened with the age-appropriate questionnaire.  Make sure to use the correct questionnaire based on the child’s exact age at the time of completion.  For more information see www.agesandstages.com
